How to Get Started
Talk to your
Oncologist, General Practitioner, Plastic Surgeon or Radiation Oncologist if
You have any persistent swelling or lymphedema following post surgical procedure (orthopedic, cosmetic etc)
You have started breast Cancer treatment and need to evaluated by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist
You have symptoms – swelling, decreased ROM, weakness and have not fully recovered after completing Breast Cancer treatment

What to expect on your first visit:
Initial Evaluation
We obtain a detailed medical history, assess objective measures including (but not limited to) your strength, range of motion, pain, posture etc. Most importantly, we assess your current challenges and functional limitations as it relates to self-care, lifestyle and your home environment. Your goals for therapy are reviewed and are an integral component of the healing journey.
PLAN OF CARE
An individualized care plan is then generated based on your list of “issues” from the evaluation ( functional limitations and impairments).
We then put together a personalized treatment program including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, modalities, consistent patient education and home exercise program.
This is all done to ensure that both the therapist’s and patient’s goals are achieved.
TREATMENT SESSIONS
Treatment sessions are based on your needs and will be performed in our comfortable office setting.
- The Initial Evaluation could range between 60-90 minutes.
- Treatment sessions could range between 45- 90 minutes, depending on YOUR needs.
HOURS – by APPOINTMENT ONLY
PRICING – We are out of network with all insurance companies. We have reasonable priced packages and a la carte services.
Once you pay for services, a Superbill can be provided upon request.
Contact your insurance provider to find out if they will accept our bill of services for reimbursement. We accept FSA/HSA payments.
